This is a two-day shooting adventure with spots for just two photographers (two date sets to choose from).

The experience is designed to give each photographer maximum access, creative time, and personalized attention in some of the most breathtaking underwater locations in the world.

To make this experience accessible to everyone, we have one professional Sony A7S III underwater setup available for one person if you don’t have your own housing. This option is first come first serve.

To ensure you can fully recharge between sessions, we’ve secured a luxury condo designed for both community and personal space. Located near downtown, you’ll be steps away from Tulum’s best cafes, boutique shops, and local energy.

Your Private Sanctuary: Each participant will have their own bedroom and private bathroom, ensuring total privacy and comfort.
A Space to Connect: The dual-penthouse layout features two fully-equipped kitchens and two common areas.
The Amenities:
- Dual Pools: Enjoy access to two swimming pools (including our on-site practice pool).
- Amenities: On-site gym, yoga spaces and snack bar where you can enjoy complimentary American breakfast.
- Prime Location: Within easy walking distance to a variety of local restaurants and artisan markets.
Optional Add-On dates for your stay: Our penthouse has 6 total bedrooms. Depending on availability, you may have the option to add on to your stay for $95 / night. (this option is first come first serve). Please let us know if you’re interested in this option when registering.

Hi, I'm Kristy Jessica! I have over 20 years of modeling experience with more than a decade specializing in underwater work. I've modeled internationally across pools, oceans, freshwater springs, lakes, and Cenotes, and I hold certifications as both an open water freediver and PADI scuba diver. My ability to control my breath, manage buoyancy, and deliver expressive poses in challenging aquatic environments is what makes me such a natural fit for this kind of work. I can't wait to bring that to your experience in the Cenotes!

sarah teveldal

With 16 years of experience specializing in the technical and artistic demands of underwater photography, I help photographers of all levels master this complex medium.

My approach is adaptive and collaborative. For those newer to the medium, I provide real-time guidance on underwater lighting, safety protocols, and model direction. For seasoned photographers, I act as a high-level collaborator, offering technical support only as needed. I’m there to assist with the logistics so you can focus entirely on your creative execution. You'll have the freedom to lead your vision while knowing expert support is available to help you fine-tune your workflow.

jane roques-Ficher

Disciplined in acting, directing, modeling, free diving and underwater performance, we are thrilled to have Jane Roques Ficher joining us for one of the two shoot days. This will allow more one-on-one time with Kristy and Jane as well as opportunities to photograph them together as a pair.

While the air is pleasant, the cenotes remain a constant, refreshing temperature with world-class visibility, making it the ideal window for intentional underwater work.

Transfer Policy

Because of the highly intimate nature of this workshop, bookings are final. However, should you have a change in plans, your seat is fully transferable to another photographer for the same dates.

I’ve spent years mastering breath control and expressive movement in challenging aquatic environments, and I can't wait to share those techniques with you to elevate your experience in the Cenotes.
